Terms of Service

Effective May 2026Last updated 12 August 2026Version terms-2026-08-12

These terms are under review. They are being updated ahead of the launch of online checkout — in particular to add the statutory right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers, and VAT disclosure. If you are ordering now, please email legal@aikit.studio with any question about terms before you pay.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aikit.studio and the AI advisory and implementation services offered by CYFIROW LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“aikit.studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

01Services

1.1Scope

aikit.studio provides AI advisory and implementation services, including:

  • Strategy & audit engagements (readiness snapshots, stack reviews, roadmaps, department deep-dives)
  • Build & implementation engagements (custom GPTs and Claude Projects, workflow automations, retrieval-augmented chatbots)
  • Workshops & training (async courses, live workshops, prompt packs, AI policy templates)
  • Custom projects on quote

All services are delivered as digital artifacts (written reports, deployed software, recorded sessions, editable documents). We do not ship physical goods.

1.2Eligibility

To engage aikit.studio you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

02Ordering & payment

2.1How to order

  • Select a package from the pricing section, or contact us for a custom quote
  • Complete payment through the integrated checkout
  • Submit your project brief and source assets via the kickoff form or email

2.2Payment terms

  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR)
  • Full payment is required before production begins
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; you are bound by their terms when transacting through them. We never receive or store your full card details.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where we are required to collect them, and are otherwise your responsibility

2.3Custom quotes

For projects outside the standard packages, we issue a written quote. Custom quotes are valid for 14 days from issue date. Acceptance requires full payment or a signed statement of work, whichever we specify.

2.4Subcontracting

We may engage independent contractors to assist with production. Such contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to ours.

03Project process

3.1Timeline

Turnaround is stated on each package and begins on receipt of a complete brief and any required access. Turnarounds currently range from 1–2 business days for the smallest packages to 7–14 business days for retrieval-augmented knowledge bases and department deep-dives. Live workshops are scheduled rather than turned around, typically within one week of order, subject to mutual availability.

Timelines may be extended for incomplete briefs, late asset delivery, holidays, or capacity periods. We will communicate any extension in writing.

3.2Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete context, source documents, and any required tool access at kickoff
  • Respond to questions and previews within 5 business days; longer silence may pause the project
  • Provide consolidated, written feedback during revision rounds
  • Confirm that any third-party material you supply (documents, datasets, content) is lawfully yours to share and to have processed on your behalf

3.3Revisions

  • The number of included revision rounds is stated on each package
  • Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of preview delivery
  • Out-of-scope changes (new use cases, new integrations, scope expansion) are not revisions and may require an additional quote
  • Additional revision rounds beyond what is included may incur extra charges, quoted in advance

04Deliverables & formats

4.1Standard deliverables

Subject to the package, deliverables may include:

  • Written reports (PDF + Notion)
  • Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, or assistant configurations with source prompts
  • Workflow automations (Zapier / Make / n8n) with importable source recipes
  • Retrieval-augmented chatbots with source code, deployment notes, and admin interface
  • Recorded video sessions with transcripts and worksheets
  • Editable policy and prompt-library documents (Word / Notion / Google Docs)

4.2Delivery

Files are delivered via secure download link, cloud storage share, or email — at our discretion based on file size and your stated preference. Delivery emails include a manifest of file names and intended uses.

4.3Re-delivery

We will re-host expired download links once at no charge within 60 days of original delivery. After 60 days, re-delivery may incur a small handling fee.

05Intellectual property

5.1Ownership transfer

Upon receipt of full payment, we assign to you all right, title, and interest in the final delivered artifacts, including:

  • Worldwide commercial usage rights
  • The right to modify, distribute, sub-license, and display the work
  • The right to use the work in marketing, advertising, product surfaces, and investor materials

No attribution to aikit.studio is required.

5.2Source artifacts

Where a package states that source artifacts are handed off — system prompts and assistant instructions, importable workflow recipes (JSON or blueprint), retrieval pipeline source code and deployment notes, and editable policy or prompt-library documents — those are included at no additional charge and transfer to you under 5.1. Anything not listed in the package description is not included and may be quoted as an add-on.

5.3Portfolio and case-study rights

We reserve the right to describe completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media, including the right to identify your brand. We never publish your documents, data, or briefs. If you require confidentiality, please request it in writing before kickoff; we will honor reasonable NDA requests at no additional cost.

5.4Client-supplied material

Documents, datasets, brand assets, and other material that you provide remain yours, and remain your responsibility to hold the rights to. We will not process material you cannot confirm you are entitled to share.

5.5Pre-existing IP and tools

We retain ownership of our methods, templates, internal libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those underlying assets to you.

06Refunds & cancellations

6.1Before production

Full refund available if you cancel before production has started.

6.2After production has started

  • 50% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of production start, before the first preview is delivered
  • No refund after the first preview is delivered

6.3Satisfaction

If the final delivery does not match the agreed-upon brief, we will revise it within the included revision allotment. If, after revisions, we cannot meet the original brief, we may offer a partial refund at our sole discretion.

For full details, see our Refund Policy.

07Limitation of liability

7.1No outcome guarantees

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • Specific business, conversion, or efficiency outcomes
  • Compatibility with every browser, OS, device, or third-party platform
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service or website availability

7.2Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7.3Excluded damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of their possibility.

7.4Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network or platform outages, governmental action, pandemics, or sustained loss of essential services.

08Confidentiality

We treat client materials, project briefs, and unreleased product information as confidential. We will not disclose them to third parties except (a) to subcontractors under equivalent confidentiality obligations, (b) as required by law, or (c) with your written consent. This obligation survives termination of any engagement.

09Acceptable use

You may not use our services or deliverables to produce, promote, or distribute material that:

  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or sexual exploitation
  • Violates the terms of any platform on which it is published

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate any project that violates this section, with or without refund based on the stage of production.

10AI outputs & providers

10.1Accuracy of model output

AI systems produce probabilistic output and can state incorrect information confidently. Deliverables that generate text, summaries, recommendations, or retrieved answers are tools to support your judgement, not a substitute for it. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and for any decision taken on the basis of it. We do not warrant that any assistant, automation, or retrieval system will be free of error or omission.

10.2Upstream provider terms

Deliverables may depend on third-party model and platform providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Zapier, Make, or n8n). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for holding the necessary accounts and subscriptions. We recommend and configure; you own the accounts.

10.3Regulated and personal data

Do not submit personal data of third parties, special-category data, health records, payment card data, or other regulated material in a brief or knowledge base without agreeing a data processing agreement with us in advance. Where a package involves processing personal data on your behalf, contact privacy@aikit.studio before kickoff.

10.4Model-drift maintenance

For 90 days after delivery, we will rebuild prompts and configurations to maintain functional parity if a major upstream model version is released or deprecated, at no additional charge. This covers restoring the delivered behaviour; it does not cover new features, new use cases, or changes to third-party pricing. Beyond 90 days, maintenance is quotable as a follow-up engagement.

11Communication

11.1Primary channel

Project communication should be directed to hello@aikit.studio. Once a project is in flight, we may move you to a dedicated thread or shared workspace.

11.2Response times

We aim to respond within one business day, Monday through Friday, U.S. business hours.

11.3Records

Client communication may be retained for the duration of the project plus the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and a new version identifier. The Terms in effect at the time you place an order govern that order, and the version accepted is recorded with your order. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13Governing law & dispute resolution

13.1Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence.

13.2Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that is not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13.3Informal resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting legal@aikit.studio and allowing us 30 days to address the matter.

14Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CYFIROW LLC regarding the subject matter and supersede any prior understanding.
