• Billing information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)

When you browse aikit.studio, we may automatically receive:

• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, and referring URL
• Anonymized event data (clicks on pricing, downloads of sample files)

1.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries:

• Analytics: to measure aggregate traffic and improve the site

3.1 Service providers (sub-processors)

Vetted third parties that help us run the business and your project, including:

• Email and calendaring providers to communicate with you
• File transfer and cloud storage providers to deliver finished work
• Hosting providers and analytics platforms for the website itself

Each is bound by confidentiality obligations and uses your information only to perform services for us.

3.2 Legal and regulatory requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VOXECURE LLC, our clients, or the public.

3.3 Business transfers

If VOXECURE LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected clients in writing where required by law.

We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:

• Access controls limiting who at the studio can read project files
• Encrypted storage for client deliverables

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Active project communications and files: for the duration of the engagement
• Completed project files: 12 months after final delivery, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention
• Billing records and invoices: 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations
• Marketing contacts (if you opted in): until you unsubscribe

You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting privacy@aikit.studio.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

VOXECURE LLC is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
