  • Payments are processed by third-party providers; you are bound by their terms when transacting through them
  • Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless required by law to be collected by us

2.3 Custom quotes

For projects outside the standard packages, we issue a written quote. Custom quotes are valid for 14 days from issue date. Acceptance requires full payment or a signed statement of work, whichever we specify.

2.4 Subcontracting

We may engage independent contractors to assist with production. Such contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to ours.

03

Project process

3.1 Timeline

  • Standard packages: 2 to 5 business days from receipt of all required assets
  • Larger reels and custom projects: 5 to 10 business days, quoted upfront
  • Timelines may be extended for incomplete briefs, late asset delivery, holidays, or capacity periods. We will communicate any extension in writing.

3.2 Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete source files, brand guidelines, and reference material at kickoff
  • Respond to questions and previews within 5 business days; longer silence may pause the project
  • Provide consolidated, written feedback during revision rounds
  • Confirm that any third-party assets you supply (fonts, music, footage) are properly licensed for the intended use

3.3 Revisions

  • Each package includes two (2) structured rounds of revision
  • Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of preview delivery
  • Out-of-scope changes (new screens, new features, scope expansion) are not revisions and may require an additional quote
  • Additional revision rounds beyond what is included may incur extra charges, quoted in advance

5.3 Portfolio and case-study rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and showreels, including the right to identify your brand. If you require confidentiality, please request it in writing before kickoff; we will honor reasonable NDA requests at no additional cost.

5.4 Third-party assets

Fonts, music, stock footage, brand logos, and other third-party material that you provide remain your responsibility to license. We will not embed third-party assets we cannot verify a license for.
